Yinlun is looking for a Process Engineer to join our team in Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León.
We are looking for a hands-on engineering professional with manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work directly with production processes and equipment.
?? Main Responsibilities & Experience:
- Process and manufacturing engineering
- Creation and maintenance of Work Instructions (WI)
- Development and management of Parameter Sheets
- Implementation and follow-up of Standardized Work
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis
- Process Flow Diagram development
- Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Application of Core Tools
?? Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in process/manufacturing engineering
- Experience working directly with manufacturing processes and production equipment
- Conversational English
- Knowledge and practical application of Core Tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Availability to work in Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León
