This position provides hands-on experience in supply chain operations, supplier management, inventory control, and procurement processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

Mains Responsibilities:

- Assist buyers with daily purchasing activities and purchase order processing.

- Support the creation, tracking, and follow-up of purchase orders.

- Monitor supplier delivery dates and update purchasing records.

- Assist in obtaining quotations and comparing supplier pricing.

- Support material availability to meet production requirements.

- Communicate with domestic and international suppliers regarding order status and delivery schedules.

- Follow up on pending purchase orders and material confirmations.

- Maintain accurate supplier information and purchasing documentation.

- Assist in monitoring supplier performance and delivery compliance.

- Support the resolution of basic purchasing and delivery discrepancies.

- Collaborate with Purchasing, Production Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.

- Assist in identifying potential material shortages and delivery delays.

- Support inventory monitoring and material planning activities.

- Review purchasing information using ERP and MRP systems.

- Help maintain accurate purchasing and inventory reports.





- Prepare purchasing reports and update procurement databases.

- Analyze basic purchasing information, including supplier lead times, costs, and delivery performance.

- Support the tracking of purchasing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Assist with Excel-based reports and data analysis.

- Identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes.

- Participate in purchasing and supply chain improvement initiatives.

- Support documentation and standardization of purchasing procedures.

- Assist in cost reduction and operational efficiency projects.

- Collaborate with team members to improve procurement processes.

Education Requirements

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.

- Active university student with availability to complete a professional internship.

Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of purchasing and supply chain processes.

- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.

- Basic understanding of inventory management and material planning.

- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.

- Knowledge of manufacturing operations is preferred.
