Job Title: Legal Data Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Mexico City

Role Summary:

The role will be responsible for analysing complex law firm and financial data, communicating with legal and business stakeholders to gather required information, and navigating and managing requests within the client’s tools & applications.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Communicate via email and/or telephone with legal and business stakeholders to gather the required information.

· Providing ad hoc reporting to attorneys, pricing team, billing team, business development, and other groups to help analyze fee arrangements and support budgeting and forecasting requests

· Analyze business performance data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.

· Prepare and collate information for audit purposes.

· Regularly communicate with Integreon team management to ensure requests are processed in a timely manner and with the utmost quality.

· Support data governance initiatives by ensuring compliance with data quality standards and best practices.

· Document data sources, methodologies, and reporting procedures to maintain consistency and transparency.

· Learn and implement new technology applications and work on innovative process improvement along with management team.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Data analysis and PowerBI report creation experience is required.

· Must be able to multitask, organize, plan, and prioritize work and activities, as well as monitor production, processes, and related materials.

· Must be detail-oriented, able to quickly and accurately process and analyze information,



and be able to make appropriate decisions and solve problems.

· Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.

· Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

· Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.

· Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.

Education & Experience:

· Relevant four-year college degree is required.

· Knowledge of legal billing and/or rates analysis at a law firm or professional services organization.

· 1-3 years of experience in data analytics required.

· Must have PowerBI/Microsoft Fabric and DAX knowledge and experience.
