Kyungshin Cable Mexico is a company specialized in the manufacturing of automotive wiring harnesses and electrical components, supporting the automotive industry through high-quality manufacturing processes and integral quality standards.

We are currently looking for a Program Coordinator to join our team in Gómez Palacio, Durango.

This position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring automotive programs from project assignment through launch and program completion, ensuring customer requirements, delivery schedules, and quality standards are met.

We are looking for an automotive professional with strong project management knowledge, advanced English proficiency, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with customers.

25,000.00 (MXN) - 35,000.00 (MXN) p/month

Location: Gómez Palacio, Durango, Mexico

Work arrangement: On-site

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan and follow up on projects throughout their lifecycle, from assignment through launch and until the end of the program.
- Communicate and manage customer requirements within the organization, ensuring alignment across departments and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure product deliveries for design, prototype, and production stages meet established timelines and required quality standards.




- Develop and maintain detailed schedules for all project development activities, from prototype stages through mass production launch.
- Participate in remote and on-site customer meetings to understand and discuss requirements, project details, and specifications, and communicate them effectively to the plant’s multidisciplinary team.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate follow-up activities to address customer needs.
- Visit customer facilities and coordinate customer visits to the plant.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency , including the ability to hold fluent professional conversations and participate in customer meetings.
- Valid U.S. visa (negotiable).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Extensive knowledge of project planning and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
- Proficiency in office software for documentation, reporting, communication, and project follow-up.
