We are currently seeking a Bilingual LMS Administrator to join our Business Process Solutions (BPS) team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise learning platforms, ensuring a seamless learning experience for users while collaborating with global stakeholders to drive training initiatives and platform excellence.

?? Salary: MXN $30,000 - $40,000 gross per month

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning experience platforms.

Manage course catalogs, user enrollments, learning paths, and training records.

Upload, publish, test, and maintain learning content within the platform.

Monitor learner progress, completions, and training compliance.





Generate reports, dashboards, and learning analytics to support business decisions.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for learners and stakeholders.

Partner with training teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful course deployment and platform performance.

Support platform enhancements, content migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

? 2 years of experience administering LMS platforms.

? Advanced English communication skills.

? Experience with Intellum or similar LMS solutions.

? Knowledge of course management, learner enrollment, and reporting.

? Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

? Excellent organization and attention to detail.
