Responsibilities and more:

Position Overview

- We are looking for an experienced Facebook and Google Ads Media Buyer who can launch, manage, and optimize high-converting campaigns for our U.S. clients.
- You will work alongside our internal marketing and creative team to drive real results, including qualified leads, booked calls, and new members for our clients' businesses.
- This is a long-term, full-time remote role of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, launch, and manage Facebook and Google Ads campaigns for martial arts and dance clients.
- Write compelling ad copy.
- Create graphics using canva or AI.
- Analyze ad performance and optimize for better results.
- Conduct audience and keyword research.
- Conduct competitive analysis.
- Report KPIs and performance weekly via spreadsheets.
- Suggest CRO (conversion rate optimization) updates for landing pages.
- Collaborate via Slack, ClickUp, and GoHighLevel CRM.
- Manage 45-60 accounts on Meta, and 5-15 accounts on Google, with support from a Senior Media Buyer, who assists with higher-level strategy, and Client Success Manager, who handles all client-facing communications.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience in Facebook and Google Ads.




- Mastery of Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Analytics.
- Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, analytical, and proactive.
- Experience with CRO, reporting, and ad creative coordination.
