We’re looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional at Consultant or Senior Consultant level to coordinate onsite change activities in a manufacturing environment.
Key Requirements
- OCM experience with SAP or S/4HANA
- Understanding of manufacturing operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
- Availability to work onsite in Mexicali 3 days per week
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate stakeholder identification, roadshows, communications, and translations
- Support onsite stakeholder engagement and communication activities
- Translate OCM materials from English to Spanish
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and onsite supervisors
