Operational Process & Tools Manager | Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

Are you passionate about turning processes, tools, data, and employee feedback into measurable operational improvements?

We are looking for an Operational Process & Tools Manager to lead initiatives focused on improving the adoption, standardization, and effectiveness of operational processes and tools across multiple sites.

What You'll Do

- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and ways of working.
- Drive process standardization and best practices across different teams and locations.
- Improve adoption of operational platforms, dashboards, reports, and tools.
- Develop training, user communications, and change management initiatives.
- Gather feedback from operational users and translate it into actionable improvements.
- Coordinate Continuous Improvement initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Define and track KPIs related to adoption, efficiency, quality, and operational impact.
- Partner with Operations,



Business Intelligence, Innovation, Project Management, and process owners.
- Ensure new processes and tools deliver measurable business value.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in Operational Excellence, Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Change Management, or Operations.
- Strong process improvement and standardization skills.
- Experience implementing and driving adoption of new processes or tools.
- Analytical mindset with experience working with KPIs, reporting, and dashboards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate initiatives across multiple teams and sites.
- Experience delivering training and facilitating organizational change.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Advanced English.
- Proactive, structured, organized, and results-driven mindset.
