About the Role In this opportunity as an IT Sourcing Analyst, you will:

- Lead and support the negotiation of commercial and contractual terms for Software, Technology Services,
- Infrastructure, and Hardware agreements, including pricing, licensing models, SLAs, liability, data protection,
- and renewal terms.
- Manage a portfolio of IT vendor contracts and renewals, ensuring competitive pricing, favorable terms, and
- alignment with Thomson Reuters' risk and compliance standards.
- Support specific ongoing improvements in IT sourcing capability and maturity at Thomson Reuters by
- contributing to the implementation of best-practice technical capability, methodology, and standards.
- Provide required support in the analysis of spend, contracts, and supply market for Software, Technology
- Services, Infrastructure, and Hardware categories, supporting larger initiatives taken up by IT Sourcing
- leadership.
- Partner with Legal, Privacy,



Information Security, and other internal stakeholders to review and finalize
- contractual terms (e.g., MSAs, DPAs, SOWs, order forms) in a timely manner.
- Support the integrated transformation strategy and project management activities for Global Procurement
- and IT Sourcing processes and systems.
- Build an opportunity pipeline in assigned areas of spend that will support IT Sourcing leadership in driving
- collaborative discussions with Category Leads and business stakeholders to clearly understand requirements
- and applicable category strategy/plans.
- Track and manage vendor performance, license usage, and renewal timelines to identify cost-saving
- opportunities and reduce commercial or contractual risk.
- Develop a working knowledge of technology sourcing categories and a good understanding of functional
- groups within IT and procurement operations.
- A developing professional taking on more complex work assignments, still acquiring higher-level knowledge
- and skills.
- Solves a range of straightforward to moderately complex problems; analyses and proposes solutions using
- standard procedures and sourcing best practices.
- Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.




- Interprets internal customer and business needs and assesses technology sourcing requirements.

About You

You're a fit for the role if your background includes:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Previous 1 years of experience in IT sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or contract negotiation,
- ideally in Software, Technology Services, Infrastructure, or Hardware categories.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate commercial and contractual terms with technology suppliers, including
- pricing, licensing, SLAs, liability caps, and data protection terms.
- Working knowledge of standard IT contract types and terms (MSA, DPA, SOW, order forms, license
- agreements) is a strong plus.
- Experience with procurement or sourcing systems such as Ariba, SAP, and Service Now is a PLUS.
- Experience in or aptitude for managing projects or a portfolio of initiatives with an understanding of general
- alternatives available in the technology marketplace.
- Ability to negotiate confidently with suppliers and internal stakeholders to reach favorable, balanced
- outcomes.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust across Legal, Privacy, Security,
- Finance, and business stakeholders.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong skills in use of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to collaborate with team members.
- A self-starter with the ability to drive for results with some direction and desire to learn new skills.
- Familiarity with budgets, billing processes, and license/usage management.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
