Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Development Engineer to design, develop, and validate mechanical products for HVAC applications. The adecuado candidate will have hands-on mechanical design experience, intermediate AutoCAD 2D skills, CAD modeling proficiency, and the ability to support product development from design through manufacturing launch.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and validate HVAC products based on customer requirements, engineering standards, and performance specifications.

- Create and maintain engineering drawings, CAD models, bills of materials (BOMs), specifications, and test reports.

- Participate in DFMEA, DVP&R;, and formal design reviews.

- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, purchasing, supply chain, and production teams.

- Support product redesign, continuous improvement, and value engineering/value analysis (VAVE) initiatives.





- Provide engineering support during pilot production, production startup, and post-release activities.

- Manage engineering changes, including ECOs and ECNs.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Industrial Processes, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

- 2–6 years of mechanical design or product development experience.

- Intermediate AutoCAD 2D proficiency.

- Hands-on CAD modeling experience; Autodesk Inventor is preferred.

- Experience creating mechanical designs and engineering documentation.

- English proficiency at B1 level or higher under the CEFR framework.

- Relevant manufacturing or engineering experience.
