We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple projects from start to finish for a New York-based company serving enterprise and government clients .

You don’t need experience in electronic security or low-voltage systems. Strong project management skills matter most.

What You’ll Do

- Lead projects from planning to completion .
- Build and manage timelines, budgets, schedules, and resources .
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners, and clients.
- Track project costs, purchasing, and vendor invoices.
- Keep project documents, schedules, and reports accurate and up to date.
- Monitor progress and make sure deadlines are met.
- Identify risks early and solve problems before they slow the project down .
- Keep clients and leadership updated on project status, risks, and results.
- Make sure project deliverables meet quality and client expectations.
- Help onboard and support team members when needed.





What You’ll Bring

- Experience in project management or operations .
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams at the same time .
- Experience with budgets, financial tracking, and reporting .
- QuickBooks experience is required.
- Comfortable working with project management tools, CRM systems, or software projects.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English .
- Confident communicating with clients, vendors, and senior leaders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in electronic security, construction, low-voltage systems, or technical projects is a plus—not required.
