Nelly IS Marketing is a US performance marketing agency for home service contractors: roofing, flooring, concrete coatings and similar trades. We are hiring one Media Buyer to run Facebook and Google lead generation campaigns for our clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Launch, monitor and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns every day
- Own cost per lead for your clients and keep improving it
- Evaluate creatives and request new ones from our copy, design and video team
- Work inside our documented process: every change has a reason, a record and a second set of eyes
- Communicate clearly with our account managers, in English

REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years of hands-on media buying on both Facebook Ads and Google Ads




- Lead generation experience for home service businesses (not ecommerce)
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm US Eastern time
- No other job at the same time
- Reliable high-speed internet and a backup plan for outages

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS AND PAY

- Days 1 to 30: training on our systems, SOPs and accounts, working alongside our team. $800 USD per month
- Days 31 to 90: running accounts on your own. $900 USD per month
- Day 90 onward: when you hit the standard, $1,000 USD per month
