Job Title: Remote Training Content Specialist

Location: Remote, Latin America

Salary Range: Up to USD 2,000 per month, depending on relevant experience.

Job Type: Full Time.

About the Role:

Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to document business processes, translate standard operating procedures into effective learning materials, and improve employee performance and organizational consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interview subject matter experts and observe operational processes to document current and future workflows.
- Design and maintain instructor-led, virtual and self-paced training, presentations, facilitator guides, job aids, process guides, videos and eLearning content.
- Maintain accurate SOPs, work instructions, process documentation and learning content libraries.
- Identify training gaps, support onboarding curricula and role-specific learning paths, and coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals.
- Create visual learning materials with PowerPoint, Canva, video editing and screen recording tools.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials for process changes and learner feedback.
- Support change management with clear communication and training materials for new processes, systems and programs.

Qualifications:





- Two to four years in training, instructional design, learning and development, process documentation, technical writing or related work.
- Experience developing instructor-led, virtual and self-paced training materials.
- Experience interviewing subject matter experts and documenting business processes, SOPs, process maps and job aids.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Experience recording and editing instructional videos and organizing digital learning libraries.
- Strong adult learning knowledge, written communication, facilitation, organization and project management skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

- A related bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications or Business.
- LMS experience, especially UKG Ready Learning or Schoox.
- Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, Canva, Adobe Captivate or similar instructional design tools.
