About the Role

We are seeking an Ingeniero de Soporte de Ventas to drive the adoption of real-time monitoring and visibility solutions across the food supply chain in Latin America. This role partners closely with Sales, customers, and channel partners to identify opportunities, demonstrate business value, support implementations, and accelerate customer growth across Food Service, Retail, QSR, Manufacturing, and Distribution segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical and consultative support throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions to identify operational, compliance, and food safety challenges.
- Deliver product demonstrations, pilot programs, ROI analyses, and business case presentations.
- Translate customer needs into measurable business outcomes, including improved food safety, reduced waste, and operational efficiency.
- Support strategic growth initiatives and account expansion across LATAM.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Channel Partners.
- Provide technical training to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Support solution deployment and customer adoption.




- Collect market and customer feedback to support product and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Food Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, solutions consulting, IoT, supply chain technology, cold chain monitoring, or food logistics.
- Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles and customer implementations.
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop ROI analyses and present business value propositions.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% throughout Latin America.
- Valid passport and visa for international travel.

Preferred

- Portuguese proficiency.
- Experience in Food Service, Retail, QSR, Food Manufacturing, or Distribution industries.
- Knowledge of IoT, temperature monitoring, cold chain, or supply chain visibility solutions.
- Experience working with channel partners and integral account teams.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and compliance requirements.
