Sales Follow-Up Specialist – U.S. Home Services

Remote (Mexico) | Full-Time | $7 USD/Hour | U.S. Central Time

Green Attic is a growing U.S.-based construction and home-services company specializing in roofing, insulation, solar, and energy efficiency.

We're looking for an experienced, English-speaking Sales Follow-Up Specialist who is confident speaking with U.S. customers, making outbound calls, following up on estimates, and scheduling appointments.

This is a sales-focused position with fixed hourly compensation, not a commission-based closing role.

What You'll Do

- Make outbound calls to U.S. homeowners, customers, and prospective clients.
- Follow up on estimates, proposals, and pending decisions.
- Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Answer common customer questions and handle basic objections.
- Follow up consistently through phone calls, emails, and text messages.
- Update CRM records, track opportunities, and maintain accurate follow-up schedules.
- Help ensure sales opportunities do not get lost due to missed follow-ups.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in outbound calling, inside sales, appointment setting, or sales follow-up with U.S. customers.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence communicating professionally over the phone.




- Experience using CRM systems and managing customer follow-ups.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and follow-up deadlines.
- Availability to work full-time during U.S. Central Time business hours.
- Reliable computer, headset, internet connection, and quiet workspace.

Construction or home-services experience is strongly preferred, particularly in roofing, solar, HVAC, insulation, remodeling, or other residential services. Candidates with strong U.S. sales follow-up experience in related industries will also be considered.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

- $7 USD per hour, fixed compensation
- Full-time, remote position
- Independent contractor arrangement
- Work schedule aligned with U.S. Central Time
- No commission-based compensation

Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $20,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
