About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Food C&I; market in Mexico. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer challenges, and positioning Sensitech solutions to deliver measurable value. You will manage the full sales cycle and build strong customer and distributor relationships to achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Assess customer operational, logistics, quality, and procurement needs.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through contract closure.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
- Deliver customer presentations and tailored solution proposals.
- Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams.
- Negotiate agreements and build long-term customer relationships.
- Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track and manage opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 5 years of successful quota-carrying sales experience.
- Experience selling directly and through distribution channels.
- Strong consultative selling and full-cycle sales management experience.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce (SFDC).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid visa.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Background in cold chain, food logistics, supply chain visibility, or transportation monitoring industries.
- Formal sales training or certifications.
- Experience managing multinational customers or general accounts.
