Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP FI/CO configuration, SAP S/4HANA Finance, and end-to-end implementation projects. The idóneo candidate will have a solid understanding of financial and controlling processes, experience preparing functional specifications, and the ability to lead testing activities and support business users.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions for financial accounting and controlling processes.
- Configure and support SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
- Work on Controlling functionalities, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, including Business Partner (BP) configuration and customer/vendor integration.
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, process documentation, and user manuals.
- Plan, execute, and support unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with SAP SD, MM, PP, HR, and third-party applications.
- Support financial closing, consolidation,



financial reporting, taxation, and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot system issues, resolve defects, and recommend improvements to optimize financial processes.
- Provide training and functional guidance to end users and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and follow SAP best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
- Experience in at least 3–4 full-cycle SAP ERP implementations, preferably including SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration and financial business processes.
- Hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Controlling.
- Strong knowledge of Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA, and Product Costing (CO-PC).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Business Partner configuration.
- Knowledge of Customer Vendor Integration (CVI) in SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and configuration documentation.
- Strong experience in testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing support.
- Knowledge of SAP integration with SD, MM, PP, and HR.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP Query, and Report Painter/Writer.
- Understanding of New GL, taxation, financial closing, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- SAP FICO or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation projects.
- Exposure to P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
- Knowledge of SAP best practices and financial process optimization.
