What Will You Do?

You'll manage relationships with our VIP users, helping them enjoy the platform while driving customer loyalty and business growth.

- Build strong relationships with VIP customers across Latin America.
- Keep users engaged, satisfied, and excited about BIGO LIVE.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer spending and retention.
- Create and support VIP promotions, rewards, and engagement campaigns.
- Solve customer issues and work with internal teams to improve their experience.
- Analyze customer data, track KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.

What Are We Looking For?
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service, or related roles.




- Fluent English and Spanish (required).
- Portuguese is a strong plus!
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data.
- Commercial mindset, proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
