Senior Demand Planning & Supply Analyst

Job Objective

Analyze sales trends, market behavior, and inventory levels to forecast demand and determine replenishment requirements. Generate strategic insights to optimize purchasing decisions, product availability, inventory investment, and business profitability, in coordination with the Commercial, Warehouse, Accounting, and Purchasing departments, as well as international suppliers.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

- 4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain.

Requirements

- Advanced Excel skills.
- Basic Python knowledge.
- Conversational English.
- Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools.
- Experience analyzing sales data, inventory levels, demand forecasts, and purchasing requirements.
- Experience managing finished goods, broad product portfolios, and international suppliers is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze historical sales,



market trends, and sales projections to forecast demand.
2. Calculate replenishment requirements based on inventory levels, stock turnover, inventory coverage, and supplier lead times.
3. Manage the product master catalog, including SKU creation, deactivation, and modifications.
4. Prepare reports and performance indicators to evaluate sales, profitability, category performance, and market opportunities.
5. Coordinate with the Purchasing team and suppliers to monitor replenishment requirements and ensure product availability.
