The Data Analysis Senior Lead leads and develops the data analysis team, overseeing project execution, quality, and schedule while serving as a key liaison between Data Analysis and other areas within the company. This role ensures that deliverables meet contract specifications and mentors team members to build a strong, high-performing analytical function.

Primary Responsibilities

- Supervise and assign data analysis teams regarding tasks
- Manage and control projects according to the company's Data Analysis process
- Communicate with other divisions within the organization, such as Operations
- Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to Data Analysts
- Analyze data to support better-informed decision-making by management
- Support Manager with area-specific requirements and ongoing initiatives

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree from a technical college preferred
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Advanced Microsoft Office user, specially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience creating and editing reports and Dashboards on Salesforce
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to complete assigned tasks and deliver expected results on time
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

- Familiarity with Python for data analytics, or a willingness to learn it.
