SENIOR RENEWABLE ENERGY MANAGER – SOLAR & BESS

Remote within Mexico | Regular travel to León and project sites

We are conducting a confidential search for a Senior Renewable Energy Manager with solid experience in Solar PV, BESS, and/or utility-scale energy projects.

The position will participate throughout the project lifecycle, from solution design, technical evaluation, estimation, and budgeting to procurement, construction, commissioning, and technical support during execution.

We are looking for a practical and technically strong professional who can understand calculations and estimates, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage suppliers and contractors, identify project risks and deviations, and communicate recommendations clearly to clients, management, and international stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in renewable energy or power projects.
- Demonstrated experience in Solar PV, BESS, and/or utility-scale projects.
- Knowledge of project design, CAPEX, procurement, construction, field implementation, and commissioning.
- Experience coordinating engineering teams, contractors, manufacturers, or service providers.
- Advanced conversational English is mandatory.
- Strong communication, reasoning, leadership, and execution skills.
- Availability to travel regularly to León and project sites.





Candidates from EPC companies, energy developers, manufacturers, system integrators, Field Service, or Service Management may be considered, provided they have direct exposure to project execution, commissioning, integration, operation, or maintenance. More than job titles, we are interested in measurable experience: project capacity in MW/MWh, specific responsibilities, budgets managed, teams coordinated, challenges resolved, and results achieved.

The position may be performed remotely from Mexico. Candidates based in Mexico City, Querétaro, Aguascalientes, Guadalajara, Monterrey, León, or locations with convenient access to León are welcome to apply.

Sueldo: A partir de $70,000.00 al mes
