Job Summary We are seeking a talented Bilingual Social Media Recruiter to lead our social media talent engagement and candidate outreach efforts. In this full-time role, you will oversee candidate messaging on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, assist Spanish-speaking applicants, and streamline recruitment processes. This position provides immediate placement, remote flexibility, and stable career growth.

Core Responsibilities

- Social Recruitment Operations: Manage recruitment outreach and audience engagement across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms.
- Candidate & Worker Support: Serve as a dedicated liaison for Spanish-speaking applicants, guiding them through inquiries and recruitment steps.




- Outreach Coordination: Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication across all talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in social media recruitment, candidate engagement, or workforce outreach.
- Language: Advanced English verbal and written communication skills alongside fluent Spanish proficiency.
- Communication Skills: Strong collaborative ability, empathetic tone, receptive to feedback, and comfortable communicating project updates.
- Core Abilities: Strong familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, exceptional organizational skills, and a candidate-first mindset.
- Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $110.00 per hour
