A convenir Contrato por tiempo indeterminado Tiempo Completo At GRG Banking, we are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Mexico PTS team, supporting the development, implementation, and customization of software solutions for customers across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize software applications according to customer requirements.
- Participate in implementation, certification, and pilot projects.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into gap analysis documents and work orders.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Participate in software demonstrations, testing, and new product releases.
- Provide technical support, training, and assistance to customers and partners.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and headquarters teams.
- Document technical inquiries, issues, and solutions for knowledge sharing and project follow-up.

Technical Experience

- Experience with object-oriented programming using Java, C , or C#, preferably in Windows environments.
- Experience developing applications using Client/Server (C/S) and Browser/Server (B/S) architectures.
- Strong system analysis and design skills.
- Good programming practices and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.




- 4–6 years of professional experience in software development or a related position.
- Knowledge or experience in software development for banking cash self-service equipment
- Knowledge of EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) systems and networks.
- Experience with technology solutions for the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
- Availability to work on-site at customer locations when required.
- Availability for occasional international business travel.
- Advanced English (C1–C2), both written and spoken.
