About the Role

We are looking for a Store Sales Customer Representative to join our team on a full-time onsite basis in General Zuazua, N.L. This is a 1-year freelance B2B contract. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, processing sales, and supporting overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information, recommendations, and support to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain product displays, ensure shelves are stocked, and keep the sales floor clean and organized
- Promote store promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs
- Support inventory counts and basic stock management tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets




- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
- Team player with a proactive approach

Mandatory Requirements
- Available for full-time onsite work in General Zuazua, N.L.
- Acceptance of a 1-year full-time freelance B2B contract

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail or store environments
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Bilingual skills (Spanish and English) are a plus
