Descripción Lead the finance operations in Mexico, including Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Financial Reporting. Oversee the monthly and annual financial close process, ensuring the integrity of financial information in compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and corporate policies. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to support business decision-making. Prepare and present financial statements, corporate reports, and key performance indicators to senior management and corporate stakeholders. Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements, as well as manage internal and external audits. Strengthen the internal control environment and ensure adherence to corporate policies and financial best practices. Develop and lead the Finance team,



fostering a high-performance environment and continuous improvement mindset. Act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with local, regional, and international stakeholders. Drive automation, process optimization, and finance transformation initiatives. Perfil buscado Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced conversational English (required). More than 8 years of progressive experience leading Finance and Accounting functions within international companies reporting under IFRS or US GAAP standards. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
