Job objective:

Lead supply chain planning and control for the Cutting plant, ensuring customer demand is met through effective production planning, capacity management, and inventory control, with a focus on on-time delivery, resource optimization, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead production planning and scheduling to ensure alignment with customer demand, required production volumes, product mix, and delivery commitments.
- Develop and coordinate production forecasts based on customer requirements and operational needs.
- Manage production capacity and leather inventory levels to meet operational targets and customer requirements.
- Lead and develop the Plant Production Planning, Scheduling, and Customer Service teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators, production schedule compliance, and on-time fulfillment of customer demand.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address production constraints and ensure alignment between customer requirements and plant capabilities.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, material flow, resource utilization, and overall plant performance.
- Ensure compliance with established quality standards and operational requirements throughout production planning and execution.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Required experience in automotive leather manufacturing, specifically cutting processes.
- Experience in production planning and control, inventory and warehouse management, and customer service.
- Experience coordinating teams and monitoring operational performance.
