We are looking for a System Engineer with strong hands-on experience in VMware virtualization, hyperconverged infrastructure, Active Directory, and Exchange administration to manage and support enterprise on-premises and hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage VMware vSphere/vCenter and hyperconverged infrastructure (Dell VxRail or Nutanix).
- Administer Dell shared storage, including LUN provisioning and capacity management.
- Manage Active Directory, domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and replication.
- Administer Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments, including Entra Connect synchronization.
- Support separate Active Directory environments and assist with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration.
- Perform monitoring,
PowerShell administration, backup/recovery support, and ITIL-based incident and change management.
Required Skills:
- 5–8 years of hands-on VMware vSphere/vCenter experience.
- Experience with Dell VxRail/Nutanix and Dell storage appliances.
- Strong Active Directory and hybrid Exchange administration skills.
- Knowledge of multi-forest or multi-tenant environments and PowerShell.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
