We are looking for a System Engineer with experience in System Engineering, Battery Management Systems (Client), requirements management, system architecture, and functional safety.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define system requirements based on customer requests.
- Work with technical teams to resolve requirement and design queries.
- Collaborate with subteams to assess the feasibility of requirements.
- Set up and manage new projects and requirements in JAMA/DOORS NG.
- Ensure full bidirectional traceability from customer/system requirements to software implementation and validation test cases.
- Conduct requirements peer reviews with software, hardware, and validation engineers to assess feasibility, understanding, and impact.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements and define verification criteria.
- Baseline requirement releases and ensure compliance with change control processes.
- Support system architecture design and development.
- Perform system and software architecture activities using EA/Rhapsody/Cameo tools.
- Define and disseminate Battery Management System requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate requirements in accordance with relevant norms and standards, including FuSa (Functional Safety) and product safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO 26262, DFMEA, and PFMEA.
- Maintain documentation for requirements, design changes, and quality control.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering is required.
- Candidates with a non-engineering background are not eligible.
