At LICONA Insurance, we are dedicated to protecting our clients and supporting them through every challenge. We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Specialist to join our team and help manage legal matters related to disputes, claims, and active lawsuits.

Responsibilities

- Aid the company and insured clients in legal proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
- Manage and respond to active lawsuits, claims, and related legal matters.
- Draft, review, and analyze legal documents and contracts.
- Advise management on risk, compliance, and legal strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper handling of legal and regulatory issues.

Qualifications

- Licensed attorney in good standing. (Preferred but not required)
- Proven experience in litigation, dispute resolution,



or court representation.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Bilingual.
