Your role

As a Senior ASPICE Process Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping how engineering teams develop high-quality embedded software products. You will be responsible for defining, improving, and deploying development processes that align with ASPICE and automotive industry standards while ensuring they remain practical, scalable, and effective for engineering teams. Working closely with software, systems, quality, and project teams, you will transform complex process requirements into clear workflows, standards, templates,



and lifecycle definitions that support successful product development across the organization.

Your profile

• Bachelor Degree in Automotive Design, Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent

• ASPICE expert (applying ASPICE to real production projects, not just performing assessments, including process framework, mapping requirements and expectations to development processes)

• Process management expert, including creating and updating development processes, standards, operating procedures (OPs), process flows, and requirements

• Previous experience as an Embedded Software Developer, with advanced understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Process Definition & Authoring Experience

• Ability to write clear, structured process requirements, including “Shall / should” statements, Role responsibilities, Required templates

• Ensuring processes are clear and unambiguous, Compliant with standards, practical and deployabl
