About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Automation Anywhere Developer to join our team in Monterrey.
In this role, you will design, develop, and support intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.You will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A****/A360.Key ResponsibilitiesRPA DevelopmentDesign, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Automation Anywhere (A****/A360).
Automate business processes involving web applications, desktop applications, Excel, Outlook, PDFs, and databases.Implement robust exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and credential vault integrations.Enhance, maintain, and optimize existing bots to improve performance and reliability.Follow RPA best practices and development standards throughout the project lifecycle.Testing & Production SupportParticipate in unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).




Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through root cause analysis.Monitor bot performance and ensure compliance with established SLAs.Support deployment activities and provide post-production support.Create and maintain process and technical documentation, including PDDs and SDDs.Work in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as JIRA.Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, Architects, and Infrastructure teams to deliver successful automation projects.Required Qualifications2-4 years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (A****/A360)Strong understanding of the RPA Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Experience automating:Web applicationsDesktop applicationsExcel-based processesPDF processingBasic to intermediate SQL and database knowledgeStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fieldNice to HaveAutomation Anywhere 360 certificationsExperience with SAP, Citrix, ERP platforms, or legacy applicationsKnowledge of OCR technologies and intelligent document processingFamiliarity with Git, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelinesExposure to AI-powered automation solutions#J-*****-Ljbffr
