Responsibilities
Architect, develop, test, and maintain a secure and reliable cross-platform desktop application.
Develop and evolve the Delinea CLI as a unified entry point to platform capabilities.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices for releases across macOS and Windows.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, design, and other teams on technical roadmaps and multi-system capabilities.
Conduct code and design reviews focused on performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.
Provide technical mentorship and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience building complex client applications.
Proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern application frameworks such as React or React Native.
Experience designing and integrating applications with APIs and distributed backend services.
Experience developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining complex applications across multiple system boundaries.
Strong understanding of software architecture,



secure development practices, and client/server communication.
Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and design teams to deliver complex software projects.
Ability to navigate ambiguous technical problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and learn new technologies.
Preferred experience with React Native, cross-platform desktop applications, command-line tools, SDKs, developer-facing products, Rust or other systems programming languages, security or identity products, and Datadog or OpenTelemetry.
