You'll work directly with customers, internal teams, and subcontractors to develop detailed project plans, manage budgets exceeding $1 million, and ensure milestones are met on time.
You'll review contracts thoroughly, align expectations, and keep communication flowing across each stakeholder group.
Every day, you'll balance technical precision with commercial responsibility – making decisions that support safe, reliable, and efficient energy delivery.
Whether managing Dress Associate's degree with transformer industry experience will be considered.




5+ years' experience in electrical installation or construction management, preferably with projects over $1 million in the transformer industry.
Proven leadership skills and a track record of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in engineering, operations, logistics, and program management.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
Experience in subcontractor management, risk management, project communications, commercial reporting, and closure processes.
Willing to travel 20% domestically and internationally.
