Job Description: Job Description Lead the end-to-end Supply Chain strategy for the Celaya–Villagrán Manufacturing Complex, including four manufacturing plants, the Aftermarket business, and the Dallas 3PL operation.
Responsible for delivering operational excellence, customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, cost efficiency, and business continuity while aligning local execution with DAUCH's regional and global Supply Chain strategy.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to drive transformation, build organizational capabilities, and achieve sustainable business results.

Head of Supply Chain Mexico Key Responsibilities The Supply Chain Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the end-to-end Supply Chain organization across the Celaya–Villagrán Manufacturing Complex, driving alignment with DAUCH's regional and global Supply Chain strategy while ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, inventory optimization, and sustainable business performance.
Strategic Leadership Define and execute the Supply Chain strategy to support business growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability, in alignment with regional and global Supply Chain and site objectives.
Drive strategic initiatives focused on optimization, digitalization, standardization, and continuous improvement.
End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership Lead the end-to-end Supply Chain organization across the Celaya–Villagrán Manufacturing Complex, including Planning, Materials Management, Warehousing, Logistics, Transportation, Inventory Management, and Customer Fulfillment.
Ensure material availability, operational continuity, inventory optimization, and service excellence while balancing cost and working capital objectives.
Develop and execute risk mitigation and business continuity strategies across the supply chain network.
Operational MBA preferred.
10+ years of Supply Chain leadership experience in complex manufacturing environments; automotive industry experience preferred.
Proven success leading end-to-end, multi-site Supply Chain organizations.
Demonstrated experience leading large teams and developing high-performing talent.
