Main Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand and business objectives.
Translate customer demand into executable production plans and schedules.




Monitor capacity constraints and balance demand, labor, materials, and equipment availability.
Analyze inventory levels and material requirements to minimize shortages and excess inventory.
Drive schedule adherence and ensure on-time delivery performance.
Coordinate with Production, Materials, Supply Management, Customer Service, and Manufacturing Engineering to resolve supply chain disruptions.
Lead recovery plans for material shortages, supplier issues, and production constraints.
Identify risks to customer shipments and proactively communicate mitigation plans.
Develop and maintain planning dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning accuracy, inventory optimization, and customer satisfaction.
