Factorial is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the technical point of contact for enterprise accounts, partnering with product, engineering, security, data, partnerships, and sales to remove blockers and ensure a smooth go-live.
You will own the end-to-end technical workstream, run discovery sessions, translate requirements into delivery plans, and guide onboarding with advanced configuration and integrations, while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
