The Procurement analyst is a key part of the Integral Procurement Office (GPO) group which provides worldwide support on the objectives of the Category Managers/Leaders around: Cost Management, Category Strategy, Localization and/or Best Cost Countries Sourcing, Risk mitigation, Plant support and Supplier Performance Management.
This position works under a 4-month fixed contract due to maternal leave.
Role Responsabilities
- Cost Management: Support updating pricing of items in system.
- Category Strategy: Support Commodity Manager to achieve saving goal according to their strategy.
- Quality Certificates Management: Maintain vendor quality certifications updated in system.




- Supplier Performance Management: Oversee supplier performance metrics to drive operational efficiency and supply chain reliability.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, finance or a related field.
- +6 months experience in Procurement area (internship experience is valid)
- Fluent/Advanced English is a must.
- Strong Competency Level in Microsoft Excel, Oracle (preferable)
- Soft Skills: Teamwork, Honesty, Responsibility, Organized
