As an Assistant Community Association Manager (ACAM), you will be responsible for:

- Provide administrative and operational support to the Community Association Manager for assigned communities.
- Respond to homeowner, Board member, and vendor inquiries professionally and within established company response-time expectations.
- Monitor and maintain assigned tasks, work orders, action items, and follow-up items through completion.
- Prepare and distribute homeowner communications, community notices, meeting notices, and other Association correspondence with CAM approval as required.
- Assist with preparation of Board meeting agendas, management reports, meeting packets, and supporting documentation.
- Attend Board meetings, community inspections, and vendor meetings as assigned.
- Document meeting action items and assist with tracking assignments and deadlines.
- Coordinate vendor proposals, service requests, repairs, inspections, and follow-up.
