Rockwell Automation is seeking a Renewals Specialist to manage a focused portfolio of customer accounts and ensure timely renewal of support contracts. You will engage customers and channel partners, communicate contract value, and remove friction from the renewal process.
You will work through remote engagement and partner with Customer Success, Sales, Channel, and Operations to manage renewals, forecast risk, and support recurring revenue goals for North America–based customers.
