The RoleStanley Black & Decker is seeking an Engineering Director to lead the Mexico Design Center and serve as a key engineering leader supporting new product introduction, localization, value engineering, reliability, testing,



and cross-functional execution for the Tools & Outdoor business. This leader will oversee engineering resources across three sites in Mexico and a fourth site in Texas, USA. The Director will be accountable for building an integrated multi-site engineering organization that supports both new product launches and the in-market health of the installed product portfolio. This role will partner closely with global design centers, operations, sourcing, quality, supply chain, and category teams to accelerate innovation, improve delivery performance, strengthen product quality, and drive cost and warranty improvement. The role requires a strong blend of technical depth, organizational leadership, and operational discipline.
This position is based in Monterrey, Mexico.
Primary Accountabilities
- Lead the Mexico Design Center engineering organization across multiple sites, including direct leadership of Product Lifecycle Engineering (PLE) leader
