We are looking for a Production Supervisor to support manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and lead high-performing teams within a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily production management activities to ensure operational continuity, safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Apply and promote the Donaldson Manufacturing System across the operation.
- Monitor, analyze, and ensure compliance with operational KPIs.
- Utilize PDCA methodology to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for deviations.
- Develop and implement tactical production plans aligned with operational objectives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardized work implementation.
- Coordinate shop floor activities while ensuring compliance with production and quality standards.
- Lead personnel development, coaching,



and training initiatives for production teams.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing processes
- Experience managing production personnel and shop floor operations, with strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of waste analysis and process optimization.
- Experience in staff training and development.
- Familiarity with shop floor management systems and production control documentation.
- Strong experience in process engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF standards
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
