The role provides end-to-end financial ownership across pricing, cost, volume, and mix, supporting both ongoing business performance and NPI execution.The position requires strong business acumen, ability to influence cross-functional teams, and deep expertise in hardware financial modeling, ARU/margin management, and long-term portfolio strategy.# Key Responsibilities### 1. Portfolio & P&L; Ownership* Lead financial management of the Home Traditional portfolio (Inkjet), including revenue, margin, cost, and mix.* Drive quarterly performance analysis (actuals vs. forecast vs.



LTP) with clear insights on drivers and risks.* Provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and optimize product positioning.### 2. Pricing & ARU Management* Partner with business teams to define and execute pricing strategy (ARU management, promo ROI, elasticity).* Monitor and explain ARU trends vs. targets, identifying drivers and corrective actions.* Support market competitiveness while protecting margin structure.### 3.
