We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and experienced Full Stack Flutter Developer to drive the evolution of our high-performance mobile applications and web/backend services in a hybrid environment in Mexico City (CDMX).
What will your mission be?Lead the end-to-end development, maintenance, and evolution of our mobile platforms and web/backend components, ensuring code quality, high availability, and seamless integration across client applications, distributed architectures, and APIs.
Main Responsibilities
- Full Stack & Mobile Development: Design, build, and maintain native/hybrid mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter, as well as develop and consume Backend services.
- Architecture & State Management: Implement architectural best practices (DDD,



Feature-First, layer separation) and advanced state management in Flutter (Providers, Riverpod).
- Configuration & Multitenancy: Configure applications using Flutter Flavors, environment management, assets, and multitenant logic.
- Web & Backend Development: Build and analyze Backend services with Node.js, Express/NestJS, and modular web frontends using Angular.
- Integration & Native Capabilities: Integrate geolocation, camera, storage, push notifications (FCM), and complex REST APIs with asynchronous and resilient consumption.
- Databases & Persistence: Design and query relational databases (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB), and caching strategies with Redis.
- Quality & Continuous Delivery: Implement unit and integration tests, diagnose issues using debugging/observability tools, and collaborate on CI/CD pipelines for app store releases.
