Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong understanding of ITSM processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with integral stakeholders in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Role Details
- Position Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer
- Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Holiday Schedule: United States holidays
- Contract Duration: 12 months (estimated)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Language Requirement: Advanced English
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows in alignment with business and IT objectives.
- Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow components,
including:
- Business Rules
- UI Policies
- UI Scripts
- Client Scripts
- Notifications
- Design and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs to ensure seamless interoperability with external systems.
- Configure, enhance, and maintain core ServiceNow modules, including:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Service Catalog
- Ensure all implementations comply with internal security standards, governance policies, and ITIL best practices.
- Plan and execute platform upgrades while ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability.
- Partner with ITSM process owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for ServiceNow-related issues.
