Join our Import / Export Operations team and help us move goods seamlessly across international borders. We're looking for someone who thrives on coordination, compliance, and problem-solving in a dynamic general supply chain environment.

What will you do?
- Oversee import-export operations to ensure efficient and compliant movement of goods across international borders
- Maintain compliance with import-export regulations and ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with customs authorities and brokers to facilitate timely clearance and resolve any operational challenges
- Partner with brokers to uphold service standards and drive continuous improvement in import-export processes

- Customs Regulations — interpreting and applying rules to facilitate smooth border clearance
- Logistics Operations — coordinating the movement and storage of goods within the supply chain

- Logistics Network Modelling — supporting analysis of supply chain flows and efficiencies
- Project Management — coordinating cross-functional initiatives to improve operational outcomes
- Data Excellence — maintaining accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes
- Problem Solving — identifying and resolving operational issues as they arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Foreign Trade or related fields
- 2-3 years of experience in Import/Export
- Medium software literacy (Excel / Access / PowerPoint, SAP, 24 Annex systems)
- Experience in government audit (desirable)
- Experience in IMMEX program (mandatory)
- Advanced English.
- Note: This role is Hybrid (2-3 days at office)
