Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Business Analyst to drive data, solution, and functional analysis for HR IT integrations.
You will work with developers, Product Owners and Release managers in a POD structure to gather requirements and deliver functional artifacts for HR integrations.You will provide SME support to HR technical SMEs and act as a liaison for solution design and delivery across HR applications.
This role focuses on integrations but can broaden to other HR solution areas.
