How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead union relations and collective bargaining, including contract negotiations, administration, and dispute resolution.
- Advise business leaders on labor relations matters, grievance management, and compliance with Mexican labor laws.
- Oversee employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action recommendations.
- Partner with leadership to address complex employee relations issues and promote consistent, fair workplace practices.
- Drive HR compliance, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and professional development to HR tea
