You will translate creative vision into executable business plans, lead Development, Production, Logistics, and Commercial teams, and ensure processes, profitability and discipline across the organization.
You will build visibility into costing, margins and cash flow, while maintaining CAMPILLO’s artisanal standards and design integrity.
