Responsibilities:
• Develop Test Cases and Test Plans for system testing of Software/Firmware for Control Boards and Mobile Apps for Water Heaters and HVAC products based on Product and System Requirements.
• Prepare Test Setups & Test Stations for system testing of Control Boards.
• Set up Water Heater and HVAC systems for system testing.
• Perform system testing of Control Boards and Mobile Apps on full System. Perform requirements verification to validate that products meet design specifications and functional requirements.
• Lead a small team of System Test Engineers in developing system test stations, test cases, test execution and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and System Test teams in US and Offshore for test strategies, test plans, test setups and test stations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering testing/laboratory experience.
• Experience in scripting (python) and test automation for IOT devices, Mobile Apps.
• 2+ years of experience as test lead.
