Job Summary
Responsible for implementing, monitoring,



and supporting the continuous improvement of occupational health and safety programs to ensure compliance with applicable Mexican regulations and internal company policies. Conducts workplace inspections, risk assessments, safety training, incident investigations, and follow-up on corrective actions to promote a safe working environment and strengthen the organization’s safety culture.

Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor occupational health and safety programs in accordance with applicable Mexican regulations and company requirements.
• Identify workplace hazards, assess occupational risks, and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
• Conduct workplace inspections and follow up on findings until corrective actions are completed.
• Monitor compliance with applicable regulations issued by the Mexican Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS).
• Coordinate and deliver occupational health and safety training, awareness campaigns, and preventive activities for employees.
